What's wrong and can I fix it? If so, how?

A couple people have said maybe it needs tuned. I assure you I know how to tune a guitar, and it is tuned. I tuned it by ear and double checked with the electronic tuner. The tuning is definitely right. So what's wrong?

first of all, where is the noise coming from?
and what type of guitar (acoustic or electric)?

You have to tune the strings and dont forget to make the stings not to tight or loose that can happen to break or cause a bad sound.

Maybe you cracked it by applying too much tension in attaching the string.
