Why are the Blues wearing dark jerseys and the Blue Jackets are wearing light jerseys, when the Blue Jackets are at home?

It's home teams choice this year. Thay have to notify the other team ahead of time. The idea is to let the fans see every jersey this year within their conference.

To the two posters above, with the exception of 34 years (out of 90), the NHL has always had dark jerseys at home, and light jerseys on the road

BECAUSE THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE!!

I'm sorry. I just hated when they changed it to have home wear dark jerseys instead of away.

LITY: I've only been around 20 years and I liked it when they had the lighter jerseys at home.
