Never done this before. Should I carve out the pumpkins eyes, nose and mouth with the kitchen knife. I am 40 years old, still on my first marriage. I have never attempted to carve out a real pumpkin for Halloween. If I do, this will be my very first time! Thank guys for your honest answers in advance.

AND THE WIFE SHOULD DO ONE WITH YOU AND WHAT ABOUT YOUR KIDS WHY NOT DO IT AS A FAMILY? OK GOOD LUCK AND POST A PICTURE OF IT WHEN YOU DO IT YOU MAY GO ON RIPLY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT.......lol..........but, cant wait to see it so dont forget to send to me ok.......

In the event this is real....and I can't believe you are...go to WalMart. Get those little saws in the pumpkin carving kit.
Only Jack The Ripper knows how to carve with a kitchen knife.
Get the saws. You'll thank me for it.

Why not? If you have never done it, it sounds like a lot of fun for the first timer! What's wrong with a guy doing it? Go for it. If my husband did it, I would think it was sweet and cute!

well get your self a black magic marker and draw the face.. cut your self the top of and scoop out all the insides.. and then cut out the face
