The penguins were amusing themselves as they skimmed over the ice making complicated patterns which fascinated the tourists who visited that forbidding part of the world. Indie, one of the tourists envied them as he watched them easing their little bodies down the gnarled slopes.
Jogging over to the hills, Indie threw his blubber filled stomach onto the and immediately regretted his action. It qualified as a real belly flop, and he injured his mid-section. Still, Indie pushed on, renewing his efforts to qualify for the Antarctic luge team in the South Pole Olympics. As he neared the bottom and applied the luge brakes he heard a well deserved applause.
You know the history now...how Indie that won the gold, and stood on the Olympic platform, his chest dripping with medals he was raking in merely because he was the only entry left standing when the icebergs melted taking everyone else with them.
