I don't own a car, but back home where I live, the few times I've been in my best friend's car as a passenger, we both rock to the songs we like, some other times we've just let the music play and quietly listen.
My brother and I did jam in his car yesterday, though our musical tastes are a little different, he was doing the terribly outrageous singing, while I did the comedic theatrics, it was ridiculously fun.

No if i did they would want to walk. I can't carry a tune if you gave me bucket to put it in!!! I even got kicked out of choir.
