I'm 14 weeks and my breasts are no longer sore. I never rubbed them but I would hold them close to me and that seemed to help. Good luck!

I didn't try that method when mine were hurting. But I did wear a tight sports bra and that seemed to help alot.

Usually the soreness is gone by the end of the 1st trimester. So at 12 weeks, you only have about 3 more weeks to go. Your soreness could go away before then as well.

Be blessed!

Use a stretch-mark cream (YES! START USING IT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE ON YOUR STOMACH AND BREASTS!) and rub gently. The good news is: yes, the soreness does go away during the second trimester, and it is not nearly as bad during the third tri.

I used a cold, wet washcloth on days that the pain was unbearable. It helped a lot. Good luck!

I don't know about the soreness but when you get closer to labor time they say rubbing them will especially the nipples will help bring on contractions.

i don't think that rubbing your breasts would help, but i suppose everyone is different. what I do is wear a sports bar and try to be careful around the breast area

If you find someone with warm palms, have them do it. A gentle massage can help soothe some of the ache.
