For girls? I never knew they were out of style. In the summer girls always wear tank tops.
For guys it's a no go. I always get a kick out of the guys who wear super tight wife beaters at the gym who think they are so strong.

I've seen loads of people wearing them over shirts to the office around my town & they look lovely!

They never really went out. It's just a simple, basic thing, great for summer.
