How can I make my own clothes in The Sims H&M Fashion?

I love the Sims 2 and the expansion packs, not very good with the expansion packs. I bought The Sims 2 H&M Fashion and I was wondering how the hell can I make my own clothes and designs? Since it says that you can but I haven't figured out how.

Just like with the rest of the game, you'll need to use the bodyshop program along with either paint or something like Photoshop. The Sims2.com website can tell you more details. It's hard for me to explain, I suck at making my own clothes.
