I've read before you should take in 1 gram of protein for every pound of your ideal weight coupled with working out. So, buy some whey protein for shakes. If you're aiming for 110 pounds, take in 110 grams of protein. I've been doing this myself and it's been working for me.

LOL!!! You thought the scale was broken and you weighed only 91 lbs!!! At least you are optimistic in thinking that you weighed more.

Your weight depends on how old you are, your metabolic activity, your level of activity and quite a few other factors. As long as you are healthy and fit, don't let your weight bother you. If you really want to gain weight the right way, I would recommend you see a dietician. They can prescibe the right way to gain weight.

well, assuming you don't just want to get fat, then I would recommend going to the gym and doing some resistance training.

This will increase your hunger so make sure you eat good healthy meals that include plenty of protein. You will put on muscle and increase your bone density, which will increase your weight.

Try finding a good fitness instructor that can help, it will make sticking to a plan easier.

Drink Ensure Plus, eat more carbs and peanut butter. You can also check out Suplimed. It's a weight gain shake that helped me gain weight. Here's the site: http://www.suplimednutrients.com/store/index.php?CategoryID=1

hmmm. good luck with that. i would recommend nutritional shakes like Ensure and adding protein to your diet. some people are just that way. my former father in law was 5'10" i think when he graduated high school and he weighed about 93 pounds. now he is 53 and is about 130.
good luck.
