1979 Pontiac Sunbird. I don't know if was a lemon or not, but when I bought it, it had pretty much been driven into the ground. It had well over 120,000 miles on it. But the price was right for a temporary car.
Problems;
four spare tires should have been a hint of the severe front end damage. Broken ball joint, bent tie rod, upper control arm bent, and the steering box was shot (I had to constantly adjust the wheel)
starter
altenator
muffler
battery
There was probably much more wrong with it, but I didn't have it long enough to find out.

it was an early 90s Mark VII. I dubbed the evil car and would not ride in it. The air ride suspension would just go out as you were driving down the road.
Then the ugliest truck was an 89 Ranger. The paint peeled, chiped so bad, we'd take it the Angels games and park close so we could win the "Ugliest Car Contest"
we never won, we donated both cars to charity.

1985 Chevy Celebrity Eurosport.
Geez, where to start? 2.5L V6. Sat in there sideways. The back three spark plugs were not meant to be gotten to by man nor beast.
Front wheel drive transmission. First one my mechanic had seen that made it out from under warranty. Lucky me.
Found a replacement tranny at a junk yard. Guy said, "I've sold three of these this year and two have already come back bad."
Me: "What happened to the third one?"
Him: "You just bought it."
Again, lucky me.

An 83 Volkswagen Jetta that I bought in 85. It was in the shop more than it was on the road.
In 86 I traded it.

It was my first car - a baby blue Dodge Omni. Within 6 months of having the car all of the damn car handles fell off...and there was always something wrong with the transmission, but the mechanic couldn't seem to figure out what it was. I think it was haunted. Stupid car.
