Does an Obby Maul on Runescape have a special attack?

no
no obby weapons have special but with the new Onyx necklace the damage u can do increases by 20% but it costs probably more then a fury ammy so might want to save up for that or get a g maul

i dont think so but i do noe that dragon weapons do hav a special attack!
