I have a 450watt power supply is that good for a GeForce 8800?

If that 450 watter complies with ATX 12V power supply V2.2 standards, it should have at least 14 amps on +12V1 and 16 amps on +12V2 rails. That would be enough for the 8800GTS but may have a problem powering the GTX or the Ultra.

Older 450W power supplies may have weaker +12V rail, thus not suitable.

Yep, your fine on power. But I would take a look at the 500-600Watt PSU's pretty cheap right now. Always better to have more power than none I says...
