The only similarity I can see if that both of you are 'feelers' when it comes to reacting to situations around you, although these feelings come from totally different perspectives. Leo and Pisces are as vastly different as day and night really.
As a Pisces woman, you are deeply sensitive, emotional and intuitive, sometimes too much for your own good. You need to establish good menaingful emotional connections with those around you in the workplace in order to feel a genuine sense of confidence and self-esteem.
The female Leo is also a 'feeler' but from a totally different persoective. It is essentially a fiery male sign that is symbolized by the Sun. As such, female Leos crave for the limestage and take centrestage whenever they can. They are also prideful, obstinate in nature and may appear to be 'bossy' or 'showy' at times.
The thing to know about Fire signs is that their reactions basically stem from their strong individualism and their actions are often carried out in order to achieve a higher level of self-understanding. If they appear aggressive and bossy, it is hardly malicious although for a more sensitive sign like Pisces, it may be very difficult for you to reconcile the differences in temperament. As a Pisces woman, you are often dreamy and tend to have escapsim tendencies, which will not sit well with the female Leo.
Just be aware of these differences and you shall be alright. It would certainly help if you had more Fire/Leo influences in your chart and/or she had more Water/Pisces influence in her chart to reduce the differences in temperament between these 2 signs.

Yes, you two are compatible. Pisces is water and leo is fire, so it should be fine(but you may hit some rough spots at times).
