It could be a sign, but it really depends on everything else. If it is constant, then you may want to see a doctor since it can dehydrate you.

It can be with some women but it's not the only sign.

everyone is different but for a lot of people, constipation is a sign, maybe you are backwards. if thats what you want, i sure hope it happens for you! lots of luck to you and God bless
