How long does it take after a miscarriage for your uterus to become a pelvic organ again?

Once you become pregnant, how long does it take for the uterus to become an abdominal organ? Is it OK for me to wait a month to get pregnant again?

It never stops being an "organ", but as far as functionality goes, you should wait at least 3 months for trying to conceive again.

I'm not sure how far along you were when you miscarried (I'm sorry for your loss), but in general, you need to wait several months before getting pregnant again. There should have been information about this in the paperwork you were given when you left the hospital.
