How to get my stories & scripts published?

Question

Back when I was 5 I liked coming up with stores/episodes for shows I watched (shows like 101 Dalmatians the series & Looney tunes) I just didn't like writing.

In 2000, I finally got into writing which was mostly fan fiction. Towards
2001 I started coming up with my own characters and stories about them.

Now I'm 16 and got I've got about 100+ characters(A majority of them are animals).

I really want to get my stuff published, I've gotten some good feedback from the fanfiction I've written and now I want to get my original stuff out.

Any advice for getting stories and scripts for movies published or sold?

I know I'll need to get my characters & stories copywritten.
