I'm allowed to go, I am 14 we all are some are 15 and 16...they are drinking but i will not.

Depends on if the cop is a jerk or not.
And if you're trespassing or not. You can get in trouble for trespassing if you're drinking or not. But if you're an under age drinker and you're caught there it could be more trouble.
I've had friends say "i'm just the DD, designated driver and get off free once they prove to the cop they are sober.
Other friends have gotten in trouble and brought home by the cops and had them talk to their parents an all that.
Mind you that's all when we were underage. I'm not sure what happens if you're of age, I would imagine you could only get in trouble there if you're trespassing.

Its called a minor in possession. This happens even if you arent drinking but people around you are, THAT my friend is called guilt by association.

it really doesnt matter if u dont drink
u will still get in trouble cuz u under-

you will get in trouble.my suggestion is if the cops come run and hide! because they will put you in the cop car and take you home~

If you are underage and you posses alcohol, its a crime whether its been opened or not.
