I need help finding a costume i dont want to be to slutty for halloween i was thinking about being a reff but sooo many ppl r being that and the whole outfitt costs alot i just want to find a cute costume HELP!?!

hippie: bellbottoms, peace patch for the jeans, retro shirt [try forever 21], braid your hair some how or put flowers in your hair, and vuala!
thats what i think is easy, or else if you dont wanna spend money, just go through your closet and find the most ridiculous stuff you can put together.

Be a ghost in a white sheet. Its cheap and effective and more like a Hallowe'en costume than the others. Also, you don't get left with clothes you will not wear again!

Be a bag of jellybeans! Take a large clear bag and cut holes in it for your legs step into it and fill it with balloons. Then bunch the bag up by your neck and tie a pretty ribbon around it.
