Totally different. Everything would be different. People back then didn't have the commodities we have today like the computers and the Internet, automobiles, electricity. Well, take the last one back because our dear Ben Franklin discovered electricity in the late 1700's. Dressing for men and women of all colors and ethnicities was totally different than today. Basically our whole life in today's times is totally different than the life back then.

If you were well off you would have a house much like we have today but without plumbing and electricity. You would eat mostly smoked or salted meats or chicken with fruits and vegetables only in season. What you would miss most is medical care and all the wonderful ways we have to entertain ourselves. However if you were not rich you would live like the people in Africa today, your house would be one or two rooms, and getting enough to eat would take most of your effort.

ok back then you wore different clothing there would not be hollister or abercrombie or suffer shops. girls wouldnt be wearing those skanking shorts or skirts. no technologly meaning no cell phones no computer no microwave basically nothing we use now. plus back then your life span was a hella lot shorter i think the average age for a male was from like 39-54 sumtin like that and girls didnt have meds for when they gave birth or and proper docter to help them. life was way difficult back then. but honestly i would rather live then than now.

Completely different.

No electricity, no plumbing, no inside toilets, no running water. Wood stoves for heat. Hunt your food. Plant your own vegetables and fruits. Bake your own bread. Grind your own flour. Nothing was done for you. No TV, no iPod, No radio. Very few books. Working from sun up to sun down just to survive.
