evry time i click somthing it clicks twice.i set the settings so that i only have to click once ,and lowerd my click speed but nothing seems to work.please help.

Update the driver. And if that does not work get a new mouse. (they are a dime a dozen.) Depending on what kind and model you choose.

Try to unplug your mouse and restart your computer. Make sure to plug your mouse in before you start up your computer though. Hopefully that works.
