Probably. And when the prosecutor has your computer searched and finds that every question you have asked so far is about importing seeds you can bet he will get a quick conviction. Bet on 5 to 10 years. Enjoy.

The worst that will happen is that the seeds are confiscated by customs, and you'll receive your package with a note from them saying so. I've never heard of anyone busted from a follow up to such confiscation.
That said, NEVER have seeds sent to a place where you are growing. Use a "safe address." One where no one grows, not delivered in your name, etc.

It's illegal to order marijuana seeds from overseas.

Having said that, I guess you will only be arrested if you get caught.

Hope that helps.

I am pretty sure that importing pot, even in seed form, through the US Mail would be a felony. It would be just as illegal to use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any cargo carrier. If you get caught, you could be in a whole lot of trouble. It's not worth it. Skip the pot and, if you're old enough, drink a beer instead.

If you get caught growing it, of course. If you mean via the mail, most overseas packages are subject to random inspection, and there's not a whole lot you can do to predict if it happens or not. The odds are against your package being chosen for inspection, but if it is...your @$$ is grass, so to speak.

More than likly you will be greeted at your door by the DEA. Possession of Marijuana seeds is not legal! Why would you want them anyway? If you grow them you will go to jail. Drugs are bad.

you probably can since mailing weed online is the same as mailing weed.
beside that, it'll cross the US, which illegalizes weed in some states. maybe not if it's from new mexico to some other state that's okay with marijuana.

It is not a good idea to import items like this... however, most bird food mixtures have hemp seed in them, which could be separated out... you could also ask any friends if they get seeds to save them for you.....

usually you won't have much of a problem. they CAN arrest you, (and it's a federal offence) but usually they have more important things to do and will just seize the package. it is unlikely your package will be searched unless it's packaging blatantly indicates there is drug paraphenelia inside.
