If she called you names, then she's the one who needs to apologize. You should only be saying you're sorry if you called her names back.

A late apology is better than no apology.
That's assuming you're actually sorry. If you're just saying "sorry" to get her to stop cursing, it's not worth it.

True friends don't hurt friends, they may apologize for a mistake, but true friendship needs no( "sorry " ) words.
