Yeah, if everything else was paid for, like college and retirement and all that, then I'd go for a mastectomy and maybe a phalloplasty. It's costly to be an FTM.

No, I wouldn't, but I can understand why people who have been in accidents that left them with bad scars or deformities would feel the need to get it done.
