Yes, all California observes Daylight Saving Time. It, and all states that use Daylight Time, change back on the first Sunday of November, the 4th. Your clocks go ahead again on Sunday, March 9th, the second Sunday of March.

Yes. I believe that Arizona is the only state that does not change to daylight savings time.

Hawaii, Arizona, and most of Indiana do not observe DST. The rest of the states do.
