Is there a law in North Carolina on how many hours in a row a employee can work?

I did not read the whole thing, however the only hours per day limits I found were for workers under 18.

Some jobs may have specific limitations.

Dunno. But there is a federal one limiting hourly, non-emergency workers to 16 hours with MANDATORY 8 hrs off. Should apply in N.C.
