I think it would still be possible to have delays in warm cites, but I see what you mean. If the weather was going to be bad they could play in a dome, but that would suck if they had to do that. A neutral stadium would be good so you could have pretty much an equal amount of fans from both teams, but it would be harder because it's a series.
