My bra use to fit fine, but now it has started pinching me. Does that mean I should go up a size or down a size?

Depends where it's pinching.
If it's in the cups you'll need to go up a cup size and keep the same band size for example 34C to 34D

But it it's the band size you'll need to go up a band and down in the cup. For example 34C to 36B. This is because a 34C and a 36B are around about the same cupsize.

Go to a foundation store- NOT a lingerie store- and get a proper fitting. You want to go for a place where all the attendants are old enough to be your mom, or even grandmother, and all wear tape measures around their necks.

They can get you a size and style that fits well and is flattering to your figure. They may be more expensive than, say, Target, but the stuff will last, and all your shirts will look great!

definately up.

it could be that your body is growing or just your boobs or even both (the cup size or the actual number) so i think you should go to a bra store and ask them to measure you so you know your exact size so theres no more pinching.

Go to a department store and get measured by a sales lady, that way you can find a bra that actually fits you correctly instead of trying to guess.

If you use wire ones, maybe the wire is poking out of the side and you just need to get new ones. I think it would be to go up a size. Hope this helps xo

Up of course.

Try a bigger band size. If your breasts are popping out get a bigger cup size.
