I think the name has a really pretty meaning, but someone with the name Pia will get teased a lot during school.
How about the name Kanella? I really love that name. Kanella means "cinnamon" in greek.

I like it as a nickname, although I can't figure out a name for it. I think it sounds cute, just not as a full name. I hate it when a name is JUST Tia, or Mia, or Lia, etc.
