Spotting isn't usually a good sign and you shouldn't look pregnant yet. Are you bloated? If you are having cramps, you should call your doctor immediately.

You may have "popped" early, and that is why you look like you are so far along, but it could also be swelling. Swelling and spotting (or just spotting by itself) is NOT good for you or the baby. Go to the doctor or the ER asap. better safe than sorry.

I would get checked out ASAP. I had spotting early on and was alot bigger than I should have been. I went to the Dr just to be on the safe side and come to find out, it was twins and the placenta's were attaching. They told me to keep a real close eye on the spotting and if anything changed to get back in there. Get checked out just to be on the safe side.

spotting is normal in early pregnancy don't worry as for your size don't fret to much with my daughter at 5mth people were asking me if I was due and my middle son was the same but he was 9lb baby doesn't sound to heavy but when you think he was a prem baby almost 2mth early the picture changes slightly lol don't worry might just be the way u carry or your dates could be wrong see your Dr he/she will put your mind at rest.

You need to see your doctor ASAP. Sometimes when a woman shows this early in her pregnancy it is a sign of a Molar pregnancy, and there can be spotting with it. Call them TODAY.
