That one muse has given you is about as good you'll find. There aren't all that many 'action' pictures of musicians before the age of photography - and Beethoven's performing days were over about 20 or so years too early for the earliest photographs.

well, im sorry if you wanted a photo, because the camera wasnt invented until 1841. Many portraits of Beethoven are availible, such as at http://www.csudh.edu/oliver/beetport/beetport.htm
if you want some of him playing piano, the above answers are probably all that you can find.

Here’s a couple that I ran across… he’s “at” the piano, “playing” would be left up to interpretation. I think the one on flickr is quite nice.
