The Yankees were down 14.5 at one point, but they never erased the deficit, since they never caught the Red Sox.
I'd say the Mets not making the playoffs was the most shocking of these.

i would have to say either #9, #3, or #5. All the others i can see happening. #8 has been done before, so has #2,#10,#11 and many others. i dont think pena will get 14 homers more than albert next year, in fact he wont. I think #9 is the most shocking because it was only his 2nd game, and lester isnt somebody projected to be as good as clemens, or johnson or others. and #3 is pretty phenominal, but i wouldnt call it shocking. And by the way, it was 30-3 for texas

God my orioles suck there on your list twice for sucking so much but to answer your question #3 rangers beating the o's by 29 i watched that game until it was 20 something to 1 i had to turn it off i was and am just discussed with them

Yankees erasing the deficit
I was one of those people who wrote them off in May
since Im not a yankee fan i wasn't completely sold on them erasing that big deficit and holding onto the wild card lead but a tiny voice inside of me always kept saying they weren't out of it
I think it was 13.5 not 17, don't exaggerate haha
