How do I permanently move the address bar back into the middle of the page?Were all the LINKS are??
How do I permantly move the address bar back into the middle of the page?Where all the links are?? and if it has to do with view toolbar and that sort of thing i've already tried that alot of times and it didn't seem to work.

I also need to know how to PERMENTLEY MOVE IT BACK INTO THE CENTER OF THE TOOLBAR. ALSO IF ANYONE KNOWS THE ORDER OF ALL THE ICONS UP THERE WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE LIST THE ORDER??

ALSO I HAVE MICROSOFT 98 COMPUTER PROGRAM

If you're referring to the toolbar and buttons on the internet explorer browser, hit View - Toolbars and make sure all your desired toolbars are selected. Then you click on the individual toolbars and drag them around until they're where you want them to be.

Wow, what a lot of repeats and capital letters. Have you tried dragging it with the mouse. Most of us consider the middle of the page to be fairly dumb as a location for the tool bar and consider its normal location to be the top of the page.

Somewhere in the browsers settings there should be an option for "Restore Default Settings."

You also have the option of downloading the installer file for your browser onto your hard drive, uninstalling the browser through "Add/Remove Programs" in the Control Panel, and then reinstalling the browser from the installer file.
