I have several websites hosted on a server in Canada. Several client websites ect. Can I sue the company for the cost of the websites are they are denying me access to the servers to retrieve my data. There are 5 websites on the server worth nearly $75,000

Sure. And if you are current on your bill you might win. You should hire a lawyer in Canada.

I don't know about Canada but I do know in the USA you can sue just about over anything. If you can win depends on the details and the hosting companies TOS...

What are the circumstances of why they are denying you access?
