A solution that is 95% ethanol is 190 proof. What is the molarity of ethanol in a vermouth drink, if the vermouth is 36 proof? The density of ethanol is 0.78 g/mL

For 36 proof I figured its 18%. I got an answer of 3.05 M of ethanol, but I'm not sure.

36 proof = 18% ethanol = 18g ethanol/100mL vermouth

Atomic weights: C=12 H=1 O=16 C2H5OH=46

Let ethanol be called E. Let vermouth be called V.

18gE/100mLV x 1molE/46gE x 1000mLV/1LV = 3.9 mole/L
