This is what I do:
1) Be nervous and hypermotivating
2) Walk long distances
3) Play sports (but not that often, only twice a week)
4) Run around the city
5) Eat little (I don't like my mum's cooking in fact -and mine is none to worse)
6) Exercise at home
7) Not sleep much
8) Carry a huge schoolbag for 3 or more kms 5 days a week
You notice I 'm fit but not absolutely health-conscious. Don't be jealous of me.

Swim, and work. I used to go to the dojo to workout 4 days a week, and I did 10 years of that as I love Karate, but since my knee surgery, I swim.
