Simple - ever seen that movie Knocked Up?

When the main guy character is dancing in the club and his friends are watching and they say:

"I think he's doing that dice thing too much"

"I think that's all he's got"

Go with the dice thing. If HE can get Kathrine Heigle, then you should be a straight up PIMP!

Good luck!

The key is just to have fun! No one is going to laugh or anything if you are dancing and enjoying yourself. Everyone there will be dancing. Just be confident, and don't care what anyonw else thinks. I used to have this problem. I would feel weird just standing there not dancing. Then I got up the confidence to dance, and I had a great time. I can't dance, and neither could half the other people at the dance, but we were all having fun, and that's what matters! :) Just be yourself, and have a great time at that dance! :)

Nobody will be watching what you're doing on the dance floor. Just copy whatever your g/f is doing for moves. Ask her to show you something easy and when you do it together with her, it will be fun.

If you're a quick learner, look at the other guys on the floor and try to see if you can imitate what they're doing. This almost never works, but it's another possibility.

Since this is a Halloween dance party, put on a mask and go out and have fun.

Well think about this for a moment. We humans overdeveloped our brains beyond all reasons. Afraid to dance... and you're not the only one, trust me. Dancing is safe, very safe. There is nothing to be afraid of. Forget about messing up part, because there is no rules that you have to dance like this or like that. Besides, it's halloween, you're supposed to look a little odd.

make yourself look great. buy a new outfit that compliments your looks and body, get a haircut, do something out of ordinary, put on some expensive cologne and let the compliments roll in. all that bull with inner strength and confidence from within is for people who have time to spend on spirituality so in other words people who are unemployed...there is no better way to get a confidence boost then when other people tell u that u look amazing...once you get that few times you won't care how you look dancing. relax and have fun! that's all that matters!

you shouldn't be afraid to dance, as long as your having fun that's all that matters. i have been dancing all my life and its the best thing ever. and if you do mess up, don't worry, it wont be the end of your life.
