You have a shot -- but it is no sure thing.
Your SAT scores are close to the 75th percentile for those admitted to Berkeley. If you could pring them up 100 points, that would put you at the average.
If the 3.7 is unweighted and you've taken a lot of AP and Honors classes, then your chances improve.
If you are a California resident, then your chances improve.
You need to make sure that you have a great admissions essay. Because if you don't -- then your chances are not so great. but if you can make yourself stand out -- then you have a shot.

If that gpa is your unweighted one with honors + AP courses, then you should be fine. Your SAT scores could use some improvement however. Try to aim for over 2000 on the SAT I and high 600s/over 700 on your SAT IIs.
Keep in mind that many students who are applying to Berkeley will have similar stats (high gpa, sats) so you must distinguish yourself through your essay. Keep it original and cover a lot of ground.
