Did you resurface the rotors? Rotors are pretty cheap to replace and 90% of the time wheels shakes when you brake are related to rotors.
Did you get your wheels balanced?
Check Tie rods and wheel bearing also.
Hope this helps

Your rotors have a parallelism issue and your pads need replacement.
The shaking while you step on the brake is due to the condition of the rotors. When your brake the pad comes into contact with the rotor, since you have high and low spots on the rotor, the pad will be depressed back towards the caliper when it hits the high spot on the rotor. Now when you go faster this condition will become worse (shimmy). Any imbalance in the front wheels will contribute to this concern. Place the vehicle in the air and bring the vehicle speed up to 30mph. Standing in front of the vehicle, inspect for excessive lateral and radial runout in the tire/wheel combination. Check the front end for any loose components and have them taken care of while the car is in the shop. I always recommend replacing the rotors but you could have them refinished if you are uncertain about this diagnosis. The rubbing noise may be the pad itself.

If it only happens under braking then it has to be the brakes and the only thing in the brakes that can cause that is a warped or otherwise damaged rotor.
If you replaced the rotors I guarantee this symptom will disappear

Make sure all the bolts holding the brakes together are tightened. (I had a similar problem when my brake rotor wasn't tightened down all the way :-/ ) Check the ball joints and tie rod ends.

It's possibly worn tierods but I would suspect the brake rotors also. Have a good brake shop check them for runout and hardspots....inspect the tierods for looseness also.

Its the anti-toyotaism valve. You have parked your Ford too close to a Toyota Landcruiser, or Lexus. Your Ford is sick with jelousy. The only way to fix it is to sell it and buy a Toyota.

sounds like a bearing to me. it will get worse, and if you dont fix it, you will damage the axle stubs.
