i would also like to no what to say when they ask why should i be hire

say well this will be my first job but I can bring honesty and integrity and an eagerness to learn. (they love that). When they say why should I hire you or something like that say because I'm a fast learner and I'm able to devote 100% to the company. (it's all just BS that hiring people love to hear.)

First off, I hope there's not a written test involved because you'd never get a job working for me. No offense but I think you should brush up on sentence structure, grammar and punctuation. But I'd say that although I may not have experience I'm a fast learner, always eager to work, responsible and reliable.

I don't know what type of job your applying for, but say something along the lines of that you are a good and hard worker and you think fast on your feet. They like to know you can think for yourself.
