Mass is a big part of the equassion but your distance from the center of gravity is also the issue if you are being swung around it as we are on the earth. Satellite orbits are determined by this principle. Even though you are standing on the surface of the earth you are being swung around the center at a certain speed. If that speed increased you would be swung faster away from the center and depending on the increase of speed you indeed would become less heavy although all objects including scales used to determine the difference would also be effected. Try swing a bucket of water over your head swiftly then slowly. See what happens.
