I'm in California, and so is my family but so far none of us have been affected by the fires other than the smoke. My heart and prayers go out to all the people that have lost their homes.

Nah, I don't have to worry about him. He's sleeping with the fishes. Seriously. My Dad's cousin moved to California, and got mixed up with the mafia. He called my Dad to ask if he could come hide out at our house. Dad told him that if he could find us after 20 years of no contact, then the mob could too. So no, stay away from us.
We got word not long after, that he'd been killed and buried out there.

Yes, my aunt Stella and her family lives in Palm Springs! But, my family already called them and told me fire is down south form them!

my best friend had a fire in her backyard, and it has since been contained..thank god they are all safe..all of so-cal are in my thoughts and prayers
