i'm sure you've all seen and heard of the woman who got maggots in her brain...

how did they get there?!?! and how could you prevent maggots from doing so??? i'm really grossed out right now...

I'm not convinced that that's real. For a brain tumor like that, she'd have much more than a headache, she'd have extremely severe neurological impairment. Plus, she's laying down on a bed with an oxygen mask, which implies that she's still alive, but it looks like they did a craniotomy without shaving her head, which they just wouldn't do. On top of that, the head just doesn't look right. They would peel the skin back before cutting through the bone, but you can't see any of her skull. Looks fake to me.

Plus, you'd need a way for maggots to get in there in the first place, and once there, which is impossible without opening the skull prior to infestation.
