Florida. The weather is warmer all year round... but I'd need help in preparing for hurricanes... which I'd rather live through as opposed to earthquakes.

Definetly got to go with California. More seems to be happening there, and florida always seemed like more of an old person state, when you're 18, that's not the kind of state you want to go to. Plus, that seems to be the place to be for music.
