Would you date someone older than you? Younger than you?

I would date someone older than myself, purely because younger men are dumb, they are immature, and haven't lived enought to know how and when to be on your side and handle themselves in certain situations. From my experience anyway. Either way I dont think that age should matter, when I was younger I felt that I wanted someone closer to my age, but as I grew up, I realized that age really is just a number, some younger men could potentially be more mature than other older men, but that would be a rare situation. Now I dont like the fact of say, a 21 year old dating a 45 or 50 year old, or older that is just odd, and I believe that you can find someone to fall in love with and to fall in love with you and not be as old as your father for example. Otherwise age should not matter as long as they are in love with you and care about you and you two mean the world to each other then that should be all that matters.

Well it all depends on the chemistry but MAJOR age differences kinda get nasty. I'm 30 but look very young so I've always ended up with either guys my age or younger. And currently ( Very Happy might I add) my boyfriend is 4 years younger then me & we have been together 7 1/2 years. & will be gettin married soon. O=)
*Tried dating guys older then me once or twice just didn't happen.

I don't really think that age matters. The only thing that you need to take into account it whether or not you are on the same mental an emotional plans. Many times big age-gaped relationships don't work because one partner is less mature than the other.
Would I date someone Older than myself? Yes, I already have. He was 15 yrs older than me and about 15 yrs less mature than myself. :)

Age is just a number, but just make sure it's over 18.
I've been seeing a much older man for 9 years now.

I have always dated people younger than myself and it has never worked. I am now dating someone older than myself....I'll let ya know how it turns out....

age only matters when someone is a minor. other than that, no i dont think it matters. yes i would date someone older. im only 20 and my boyfriend is 26.

it does sort of! if they are like 50 years older than you, no way! or younger. i would date some1 a year younger than me, about, at the most, six years older than me.

age doesn't matter, maturity does. unless you're getting into the under 18 bracket, and then age does matter- to the police!
