Monica was born in July of '73, she was blowing Clinton in the 1st half of 96', that would make her 22-ish when this was happening. Basic math, not exactly a strenuous test of one's mental abilities.
Clinton- brought the national debt to it's knees with the surplus!
GWB- brought fiscal conservatism to it's knees.
GWB- brought the English language to it's knees. (Just to counter the stupid Monica comment, with another stupid comment lol!)
GWB- Could have brought Bin Laden to his knees, but really didn't feel like finishing the job in Afghanistan.

Reagan did no such thing, the peoples of the USSR brought down their own govt.
Bush Jr is bringing the US dollar to it's lowest level since the 70's, you forgot that one.
Clinton brought the govt deficit to it's knees, I would think that conservatives would like that.
