its not a screw top its an old cork topped bottle its a square shape...thanks alot!

I need to know if anyone has any information on it, what it is? what it was used for? it has a small 4 oz on the neck of the bottle!

Just Rex? Maybe an old medicine bottle from Rexall drugs.
Do you have a picture you can share?
Does it look anything like this? Granted this is a 9 ounce bottle, but maybe its the same manufacturer.

My thought is that it is an old medicine bottle from the Rexall Drug Company......
