Let me know and I will come over to dig them up .I have a butterfly garden and already have three budleia bushes and will gladly put in more. They are beautiful to look at and beneficial to the insect life.

Post on Craigslist.org or Freecycle that you are giving away the bushes for free. Make sure to stipulate that the person must dig them up themselves with no help from you. So they should bring, shovels and anything they'll need to transplant the bushes.

Posting a pic of them in your ad will help people figure out what they need to bring and do to remove them. Make sure to mention in your ad that these bushes are favorites of butterflies and perfect for butterfly gardens and community gardens to get people interested in them.

Cut them as low as possible, then scrape away the soil round the base and cut the roots, repeat till all roots have been cut. It will then lift out.
