I like Kianna (Key-Ah-nah)
I guess Kionna wouldn't be bad, just take out the "e" it makes it look confusing. Like Ky-e-o-nah

I think it's a very beautiful name. I love it :) I like the spelling of it too; it's very pretty. Kianna is very tooo common these days.
