Jeans and tee shirts are a uniform. People end up looking the same as fashion dictates what to wear to be cool.
So one uniform is a good idea, makes people equal and overall is a lot less expensive.
Also stops all the striving to compete for looking the best.
As long as it is a practical and comfortable uniform.
Makes rich and poor look the same, so that's a good thing, also.

Depends on the uniform. Private school, plaid jumpers are way more expensive than most clothes. But if it's just a white shirt and khaki pants, that is cheaper. Hard to enforce though in some places so some schools (with lazy principals) give up.

i don't know about the expense but i am for it or at least a dress code, there is too much peer pressure in society today and i think it would go a long way in stopping the bullying of the not so :stylish kids who are considered :nerdy:

I agree that all schools should have uniform! You won't have to worry about what to wear and specially prices.
