I'd pay about $50 for a used mini fridge. I can buy a new one for under $100.

You need to be specific about the size of the refrigerator. I'm assuming you are either talking about a 1.7 cu. ft, 2.7 cu. ft, or 3.9 cu. ft refridgerator.
These items sell new in the U.S.A. anywhere between $74.99 and $139.99, so you would have to adjust your price accordingly for a used one. This usually means that you drop the price to 50% or less below retail.
You might think an Ebay link is silly, however researching items on Ebay gives a person a good idea what the market value of an item is, and what people are actually willing to pay for something as opposed to what manufacturers and retailers want for an item

Depending on the size, new ones sell for anywhere from $80 to $160 or so. For a used one, in good condition, no more than half that. If it is years and years old, give it away cheap since most likely it will die in two weeks once you quit using it!

I have seen them at HD and Lowes for around $100.
